My cat loves it. I'm glad to know that his water is filter to keep him healthy. Has the nite light for him to see and you can easily guage the amount of water that's in it. The best part it comes with a 2 year warranty. Don't buy nowhere else, this is the fountain of youth for animals.... 😂
The cat was preferring water bottles only and not liking the Florida water. The cat will drink water from the tap now as long as you pour it over the filter first and goes straight to this device for water.
The cat is very curious and took zero time coming up to it to drink. The device uses a USB and came with a wall adapter plug. Also scrub brushes to clean it. Can't hear it behind a closed door.

- super easy to take apart to clean and assemble, the instructions could have more steps but the diagram on them makes it easier to understand
- the light is a nice blue, at first I thought it might be too bright when I first assembled it but it’s actually perfect, makes it easy to see too in the dark which if you walk around in the dark - it’s only a plus that it glows
- I really like that you can see how much water is in it rather than having to guess like some of the other fountains that are out there

Pretty Puss, our 21-year-old cat, doesn't trust us. It took her about 12 hours to decide that the new water thingy wasn't an evil plot by her humans. Now, she loves it, won't let the other cat or five dogs near it. Be sure to place it away from food bowls and litter boxes.
The water fountain was easy to assemble and looks nice. The internal LED makes the whole thing light up at night. It was easy to clean and comes with three filters. It is silent, which is a plus. We had tried a water bowl fountain before and none of the pets would come close to it. There is a transparent panel in the side that lets you tell how much water is still in the bowl.
I specifically got this product because I have a 16 year old cat who has become very picky with her water. She would sit and yowl before drinking out of her old water dish and then wouldn't drink very much of it. I set this up yesterday and I had it set up and running within about 15 minutes. I showed it to my cat and she immediately took a nice long drink from it and has been drinking much more than she normally does and she has completely stopped yowling before drinking. The instructions weren't super detailed but were good enough. It's very simple to put together. The only thing I didn't like is that there is no line on the inside or the outside to tell you the max fill level. So you just have to eyeball it. The cord is nice and long which is great. I like that it came with a silicone mat. The light on the inside makes it easy for the cats to drink at night and it makes it even easier to see the water level. It also came with two different size cleaning brushes and a total of 3 filters. I was also very surprised with how quiet it is. I thought you would at least be able to hear the water trickling down but you can't even hear that. Overall I am very happy with this product so far.
Edit: After 6 months the pump stopped working and I had to order a replacement pump.
